Website privacy for corporate enquiries
This notice covers the public HealthTAG website and its corporate email links. Hospital clinical systems, PHR access, and patient authorization follow separate processes.
Information you choose to send
The Contact page uses mailto links. Selecting a topic opens your email app and prepares the subject line. The website does not collect or submit the message.
When you send the email, your email provider delivers it to contact@healthtag.io. Review the recipients, subject, attachments, and message before sending.
How corporate enquiries are used
HealthTAG uses the email to route and answer your enquiry. The subject can identify provider integration, government or university work, business partnerships, Investor Relations, press, or another question.
The website does not add the message to a database. Your email provider and the HealthTAG mailbox may retain it under their own policies. HealthTAG has not published a fixed retention period for corporate enquiries.

Do not use this contact flow for sensitive data
Do not send patient information, medical records, health data, passwords, API keys, credentials, or other sensitive information. Do not use the corporate mailbox to request access to a patient record or to report an urgent clinical matter.
Clinical systems and PHR use separate processes
Hospitals remain responsible for clinical records in their systems. The corporate mailbox is separate from hospital FHIR systems, patient identity linkage, authorization, PHR access, and the consent and access history.
